第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ボンボンゴー（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、シールの在庫情報を共有するためのコミュニティプラットフォームです。主な機能：
- 店舗の在庫情報の閲覧・投稿
- SNSからの在庫情報の収集・表示
- 在庫発見時のプッシュ通知
- 店舗アカウントによる公式情報の発信
- シール交換機能（トレード提案、ウィッシュリスト）
- コミュニティ機能（グループチャット、イベント・ミートアップ企画）
- ユーザー評価・レビュー機能
- ポイント・バッジシステム
第3条（シール交換機能）
本アプリでは、ユーザー間でシールを交換する機能を提供します：
- トレード提案：他のユーザーにシール交換を提案できます。提案には交換希望シール、提供シール、写真、メッセージを含めることができます。
- ウィッシュリスト：探しているシールを公開または非公開で登録できます。
- 取引方法：対面取引または郵送取引を選択できます。対面の場合は待ち合わせ場所・日時、郵送の場合は住所のやり取りをユーザー間で調整してください。
- 証拠写真：取引完了時に証拠写真の撮影を推奨します。
重要：運営者はシール交換の仲介を行いません。取引の成立、商品の状態、配送中の紛失・破損、対面時のトラブルについて、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第4条（評価・レビューシステム）
シール交換完了後、ユーザーは取引相手を評価・レビューできます：
- 評価は1〜5段階で行います
- レビューコメントを残すことができます
- 虚偽のレビュー、レビューの操作は禁止です
- 不適切なレビューは運営者の判断で削除する場合があります
第5条（ソーシャル機能）
本アプリには以下のソーシャル機能があります：
- 投票機能：在庫レポートや投稿に対して「役に立った」「役に立たなかった」を投票できます
- コメント機能：投稿にコメントを残すことができます
投票の操作、スパム投票、嫌がらせ目的の投票は禁止です。
第6条（コミュニティ機能）
本アプリでは、ユーザー同士が交流できるコミュニティ機能を提供します：
- グループチャット：コミュニティ内でメッセージを送受信できます
- ミートアップ企画：コミュニティ内でイベントや集まりを企画・参加できます
コミュニティ利用時は以下のルールを遵守してください：
- 他のユーザーを尊重し、誹謗中傷や嫌がらせをしないこと
- スパム、広告、または無関係なコンテンツを投稿しないこと
- 違法なコンテンツや不適切なコンテンツを共有しないこと
- 個人情報を不用意に共有しないこと
コミュニティの管理者・オーナーは、ルール違反者をコミュニティから退会させる権限を持ちます。運営者は、規約違反のコミュニティを予告なく削除する場合があります。
第7条（通報・ブロック・コンテンツモデレーション）
本アプリでは、安全なコミュニティを維持するために以下の機能を提供しています：
- 通報機能：不適切なコンテンツ（在庫レポート、ウィッシュリスト、チャットメッセージ、コミュニティ投稿等）を通報できます。通報された内容は運営者が確認し、必要に応じて削除等の対応を行います。
- ブロック機能：迷惑なユーザーをブロックできます。ブロックしたユーザーはあなたのコンテンツを閲覧したり、連絡を取ったりすることができなくなります。進行中の取引はキャンセルされます。
- コンテンツの削除：運営者は、本規約に違反するコンテンツを予告なく削除する場合があります。
- アカウントの制限：繰り返し規約に違反したユーザーのアカウントは、一時停止または永久に削除される場合があります。
- アカウントの停止（BAN）：重大な違反行為（嫌がらせ、詐欺、違法コンテンツの投稿等）を行ったユーザーは、運営者の判断により即座にアカウントを停止（BAN）される場合があります。停止されたユーザーは本アプリにログインできなくなり、すべてのサービスを利用できなくなります。停止の理由は対象ユーザーに通知されます。
不適切なコンテンツや迷惑行為を発見した場合は、速やかに通報機能をご利用ください。
第8条（ポイント・バッジシステム）
本アプリでは、ユーザーの貢献に応じてポイントを付与し、バッジをレベルアップできます：
- 在庫レポートの投稿、店舗の追加、高評価の獲得などでポイントを獲得できます
- ポイント数に応じてバッジがレベルアップします
- 規約違反の場合、ポイントが減算またはリセットされる場合があります
- ポイントには金銭的価値はありません。現金や商品との交換はできません
月間抽選キャンペーン
本アプリでは、ポイントに基づく抽選キャンペーンを実施する場合があります：
- 参加資格：月間で一定以上のポイントを獲得したすべてのユーザーが抽選対象となります。ポイントのマイルストーンに応じて抽選チケットが付与されます
- 抽選方法：獲得チケット数に基づく加重抽選で当選者を決定します。チケット数が多いほど当選確率が高くなります
- 賞品：レアシール、デジタルギフトカード、その他運営者が決定する賞品。賞品内容は毎月変わる場合があります。詳しくは当月の賞品情報をご確認ください
- 当選通知：当選者にはメールでご連絡し、X（旧Twitter）公式アカウント（@BonBonGoApp）で発表します
- 賞品請求期限：当選発表から7日以内にメールアドレスを登録してください。期限を過ぎた場合、賞品を受け取る権利は失効します
- 運営者の裁量：抽選の実施、賞品内容、当選者数、チケットのマイルストーン、ルールの変更は運営者の裁量により決定されます
- キャンペーンの変更・中止：運営者は事前の通知なく、キャンペーンの内容変更または中止をすることができます
- 対象地域：法律で禁止されている地域にお住まいの方は参加できません
- 不正行為：不正なポイント獲得、複数アカウントの使用等が発覚した場合、当選を取り消し、アカウントを停止します
第9条（ユーザーの責任）
ユーザーは以下の事項を遵守するものとします：
- 正確な在庫情報を投稿すること
- 虚偽の情報を意図的に投稿しないこと
- 他のユーザーや店舗に対して迷惑となる行為をしないこと
- 本アプリを商業目的で無断使用しないこと
- 法令および公序良俗に反する行為をしないこと
第10条（禁止事項）
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 虚偽または誤解を招く在庫情報の投稿
- 他人になりすます行為
- 不正アクセスまたはシステムへの攻撃
- スパム、広告、または宣伝目的の投稿
- 著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
- 転売目的での情報収集
- 虚偽のレビューの投稿、レビュー操作
- 投票の操作、スパム投票
- シール交換における詐欺行為
第11条（アカウント）
ユーザーは自己のアカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。アカウントの不正使用による損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
第12条（投稿コンテンツ）
ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツ（在庫情報、写真、コメント、トレード提案、ウィッシュリスト、レビュー、証拠写真等）の著作権はユーザーに帰属しますが、運営者は本アプリのサービス提供のために必要な範囲で、これらのコンテンツを無償で利用できるものとします。
第13条（免責事項）
- 在庫情報の正確性について、運営者は保証しません
- 在庫レポートを参考に店舗を訪問しても、商品が購入できることを保証するものではありません。在庫状況は常に変動しており、他のお客様による購入等により、到着時に在庫がない場合があります
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません
- サービスの中断・停止により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません
- ユーザー間のトラブル（シール交換を含む）について、運営者は関与しません
- シール交換における詐欺、未履行、商品の状態について、運営者は責任を負いません
- 郵送取引における配送中の紛失・破損について、運営者は責任を負いません
- 対面取引時の安全について、運営者は責任を負いません
第14条（サービスの変更・終了）
運営者は、事前の通知なくサービス内容の変更、または提供の終了をすることができます。
第15条（アカウントの停止・削除）
運営者は、本規約に違反したユーザーのアカウントを予告なく停止または削除することができます。
第16条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第17条（規約の変更）
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ上で公開した時点から効力を生じます。

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BonBonGo ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
BonBonGo is a community platform for sharing stock information about stickers. Key features include:
- Viewing and posting store stock information
- Aggregating stock information from social media
- Push notifications when stock is found nearby
- Official store posts from verified store accounts
- Sticker trading features (trade proposals, wishlists)
- Community features (group chat, meetup coordination)
- User rating and review system
- Points and badge system
3. Sticker Trading Features
The App provides features for users to trade stickers with each other:
- Trade Proposals: You can send trade proposals to other users, including stickers offered, stickers seeking, photos, and messages.
- Wishlists: You can register stickers you're looking for as public or private wishlists.
- Trading Methods: You can choose between in-person trading or shipping. For in-person trades, arrange meeting locations and times with your trading partner. For shipping, exchange addresses between users.
- Proof Photos: We recommend taking proof photos when completing trades.
Important: We do not mediate sticker trades. We are not responsible for trade completion, item condition, loss or damage during shipping, or any disputes arising from in-person meetings.
4. Rating and Review System
After completing a sticker trade, users can rate and review their trading partners:
- Ratings are on a 1-5 star scale
- You can leave review comments
- Fake reviews and review manipulation are prohibited
- Inappropriate reviews may be removed at our discretion
5. Social Features
The App includes the following social features:
- Voting: You can vote "helpful" or "not helpful" on stock reports and posts
- Comments: You can leave comments on posts
Vote manipulation, spam voting, and harassment voting are prohibited.
6. Community Features
The App provides community features for users to interact with each other:
- Group Chat: Send and receive messages within communities
- Meetup Coordination: Plan and participate in events and gatherings within communities
When using communities, please follow these guidelines:
- Respect other users and do not engage in harassment or bullying
- Do not post spam, advertising, or irrelevant content
- Do not share illegal or inappropriate content
- Be careful when sharing personal information
Community admins and owners have the authority to remove members who violate rules. We may delete communities that violate these Terms without notice.
7. Reporting, Blocking & Content Moderation
The App provides the following features to maintain a safe community:
- Reporting: You can report objectionable content (stock reports, wishlists, chat messages, community posts, etc.). Reported content will be reviewed by our team and may be removed as appropriate.
- Blocking: You can block abusive users. Blocked users will not be able to view your content or contact you. Any pending trades will be cancelled.
- Content Removal: We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
- Account Restrictions: Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may have their accounts suspended or permanently deleted.
- Account Ban: Users who engage in serious violations (harassment, fraud, posting illegal content, etc.) may have their accounts immediately banned at our discretion. Banned users will be unable to log in and will lose access to all services. The reason for the ban will be communicated to the affected user.
If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please use the reporting feature promptly.
8. Points and Badge System
The App awards points based on user contributions, which can level up your badge:
- Earn points by posting stock reports, adding stores, receiving upvotes, and more
- Your badge levels up as you accumulate points
- Points may be deducted or reset for Terms violations
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods
- Raffle campaigns may require minimum point thresholds for eligibility
Monthly Raffle Campaign
The App may conduct points-based raffle campaigns:
- Eligibility: All users who earn enough points in a given month are eligible. Raffle tickets are awarded at point milestones
- Selection Method: Winners are selected through weighted random draw based on ticket count. More tickets means higher chances of winning
- Prizes: Rare stickers, digital gift cards, or other prizes determined by the operator. Prizes may change from contest to contest — please refer to the current month's prize information
- Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted via email and announced on our official X (Twitter) account (@BonBonGoApp)
- Claim Deadline: Winners must register their email address within 7 days of the announcement. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited
- Operator Discretion: The decision to hold raffles, prize contents, number of winners, ticket milestones, and rule changes are at the operator's sole discretion
- Changes or Cancellation: The operator may modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice
- Geographic Restrictions: Residents of regions where such campaigns are prohibited by law are not eligible to participate
- Fraud Prevention: Users found to have obtained points fraudulently or used multiple accounts will have their winnings revoked and accounts suspended
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Post accurate stock information
- Not intentionally post false information
- Not engage in behavior that disturbs other users or stores
- Not use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Posting false or misleading stock information
- Impersonating other individuals or entities
- Unauthorized access or attacks on our systems
- Spam, advertising, or promotional posts
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Collecting information for resale purposes
- Posting fake reviews or manipulating reviews
- Vote manipulation or spam voting
- Fraudulent activity in sticker trades
11. Account Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
12. User Content
Users retain copyright to their posted content (stock reports, photos, comments, trade proposals, wishlists, reviews, proof photos, etc.). However, we have a royalty-free license to use this content as necessary for providing our services.
13. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of stock information
- Visiting a store based on stock reports does not guarantee product availability. Stock levels change constantly, and items may be sold out by the time you arrive due to purchases by other customers
- We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App
- We are not liable for damages due to service interruption or termination
- We do not mediate disputes between users, including sticker trades
- We are not responsible for fraud, non-completion, or item condition in sticker trades
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping for mail trades
- We are not responsible for safety during in-person trading meetings
14. Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
15. Account Suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon publication in the App.
